In case you wish to Return or Exchange your order, or some items in your order ( PAN India)
If you wish to return or exchange your order or some items in your order, whether you’re located in
PAN India or elsewhere, Sufiza Lifestyle is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We understand
that returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we are happy to accept them within ten days of
delivery of your order.

email at support@sufiza.com. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be
responsible for paying return logistics charges. When making a return, please include the original
receipt and ensure that the tags on the product are intact and the product is unused.
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed in the form of credit in your Sufiza Lifestyle Wallet, which you can use for
future shopping with us. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the form of cash or electronic
payment to your bank account.

In case you decide to cancel or modify your order, or some items in the order (PAN India)
If you need to modify or cancel an order after placing it, Sufiza Lifestyle understands that changes
may be necessary. Please contact our Customer Support Team so that we can assist you with your
request and make the necessary changes to your order.
There are some exceptions to this request:
- We cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications if your order has already been
dispatched from our warehouse. - If you are requesting a modification, we can only fulfill the request if the requested product
is available in place of the ordered product.
If you placed a customization order, we can only make modifications if the same is not
already in process.
Please note that the order modification policy is independent of any promotions you may have taken
advantage of when purchasing the product.
For prepaid orders, any excess amount that you paid will be refunded to your Sufiza Lifestyle Wallet
in the form of credit, which you can use for future purchases. At Sufiza Lifestyle, we strive to provide
you with the best possible customer service and will do everything we can to accommodate your
order modification or cancellation request.
In case you wish to cancel or modify your order, or some items in the order (International Orders)
- To request modifications or cancellations to your order, please reach out to our Customer Support
Team. If you have already made a pre-paid order and there is an excess amount paid, the refund will
be issued in the form of Credit to your Sufiza Lifestyle Wallet, which you can use for future
purchases.
However, please note that there is one exception to this request: - Once your shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to
accommodate any cancellations or modifications to your order.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as
possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
Cancellation Policy:
At Sufiza Lifestyle, we follow a ‘No Questions Asked’ Policy when it comes to cancellations, which is
determined by whether or not the order has already been shipped from our warehouse.
If your order has not yet been shipped, our Customer Support team can assist you in cancelling your
order or removing specific items from your order.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, please inform our Customer Support
team so that we can note your request. If the product is already out for delivery, simply reject the
package and ask the delivery personnel to return it to us. Once we receive the package, we will
initiate a refund to your Sufiza Lifestyle Wallet (for pre-paid orders) promptly.
However, please note that there are certain exceptions to this policy:
You cannot cancel any items that have been customized according to your request.
Sufiza Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order if there are quality issues with the products or
in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Our team will inform you if this happens
