The contract between us will be considered valid only when you receive an email from us about the

For pre-paid orders, we will not process your order until we receive payment. For COD orders, we
will not process your order until we receive and confirm a call from you. We reserve the right to

pre-paid orders, you also confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for

Delay in services due to unforeseen circumstances:

1. We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivering the product or
service caused by unforeseeable events that are beyond our control, such as strikes,
lockouts, accidents, natural calamities, or any other event deemed as an Act of God
(Force Majeure Event).

2. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our performance under any contract shall be
deemed suspended for the period that the event continues, and we will be granted an
extension of time for the duration of that period. We will make every reasonable effort
to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that would allow us to
fulfil our obligations under the contract, despite the occurrence of the Force Majeure
Event.

Service Unavailability:

Sufiza Lifestyle has the sole right to suspend or cancel the service if any technical problems, such as
computer viruses or bugs, affect the security or proper functioning of the service. Sufiza Lifestyle
may also refuse the service to anyone before entering into a binding contract, at its discretion.
Our Privacy Policy may be subject to change, but we will not reduce your rights without your explicit
consent.
