Welcome to Sufiza Lifestyle! We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and satisfying. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders—both within India and internationally.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

🕒 How soon is my order shipped?

We begin processing your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. Our objective is to dispatch your order within 48 to 72 hours, provided there are no customizations or special requests involved.

Note: Orders that include customization or alteration may require additional processing time.

📌 Exceptions to the Dispatch Timeline:

Delivery timelines may extend due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • National holidays
  • Government regulations
  • Strikes or lockdowns
  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
  • Any other Force Majeure circumstances

Example: If you place an order on Friday evening, your order will likely be processed by Monday or Tuesday and dispatched soon after, assuming no customizations are requested.

2. Shipping Charges

📦 Domestic Orders (India)

  • Prepaid Orders:
    ✅ Enjoy FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders—no extra fees, regardless of pin code or location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    💸 A flat logistics fee of ₹60 applies to all COD orders—irrespective of pin code or number of items.

Shipping Partners: FedEx, DTDC, Trackon, Gati, Rivigo, and India Post.

Example: You place a prepaid order for 2 kurtas to Jaipur—shipping is free. If you choose COD, ₹60 will be added as a logistics fee.

🌍 International Orders

We deliver globally to countries that allow imports from India.

  • Orders up to USD 300:
    A flat shipping fee of USD 20 is applied—no matter how many products you purchase.

  • Taxes & Duties:
    Our product prices include Indian taxes. Import duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by your destination country are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery (if applicable).

International Shipping Partners: FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DHL, and DTDC.
Example: You order 4 items totaling USD 250—shipping cost will be USD 20. However, if your local customs charge import duties, you will be notified by the shipping partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

🚚 Domestic Orders:

  • Standard Delivery:
    Orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 working days after they’ve been shipped.

✈️ International Orders:

  • Standard Delivery:
    Orders generally reach you within 7 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Important: Orders with customization or alterations may extend delivery timelines. If you need your order urgently or want an update, feel free to contact our support team.

📍Remote Area Delivery:

In certain rural or remote areas, India Post may reach out to you to coordinate a pickup if doorstep delivery is not feasible.

4. Delivery Issues or Delays

If you face any issues such as:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time
  • The tracking number is not updating
  • The parcel is stuck or delayed

5. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Damaged Deliveries

We make every effort to ensure your order is accurate, complete, and reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, issues may occur:

🔁 Wrong or Missing Items:

If the items delivered are not as per your order (wrong size, color, or missing items), please inform us immediately. We will make the necessary arrangements to replace or complete your order at no extra cost.

📦 Damaged or Tampered Parcel:

If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, we request you to:

  1. Do not accept the package from the delivery personnel.

  2. If accepted, please:

    • Mention "tampered package" on the delivery form.

    • Take clear photographs of the package.

    • Inform us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

We assure you that we will either resend the correct item(s) or refund your payment as per the invoice value.
