Shipping and Delivery Policy

How soon is my order Shipped?

Our order processing begins within 24-48 hours of your order being placed, unless your order requires customizations or alterations. Our goal is to dispatch your order within the initial 48-72 hours after it has been placed. 
Please note that there may be exceptions to this timeline due to unforeseen disruptions, such as national holidays, government regulations, natural calamities, or other Force Majeure events.

How is Delivery charge calculated?

For Domestic orders: We offer free shipping for all pre-paid orders within the territory of India, without any additional charges, for any pin codes. Our shipping partners are FedEx, DTDC, Trackon, Gati, Rivigo, and India Post. 
For orders placed using cash on delivery as the mode of payment, there is an additional logistic charge of INR 60 (irrespective of the pin code or the number of items ordered). Our shipping partners for such orders are FedEx and India Post.

For International orders: We offer worldwide delivery for all products originating from India. For all international orders up to USD 300, a flat shipping charge of USD 20 will be applied regardless of the number of items ordered. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes except for any applicable Import Duty at your destination region. Our international shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DHL, and DTDC.

When will my order be delivered to me?

We typically estimate 4-5 working days for the delivery of any domestic order from the day the order was placed. International orders, on the other hand, have an estimated delivery time of 7-8 working days.
If your order includes any customization or alteration requests, the delivery time may vary. For more information on estimated delivery times, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. (However, in some instances where the delivery is not feasible due to the destination address being located in an interior location, India Post may contact you for pick-up.)

What if I am facing problems with my delivery?

If you encounter any issues related to tracking your order status, non-receipt of the order, or any other similar problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email. Our team will assist you to the best of their abilities in resolving the issue.

What if something is wrong with the order delivered to me?

Our team at Sufiza Lifestyle strives to deliver top quality products as per your order and ensure they reach your doorstep as quickly as possible. However, if you encounter any errors or omissions, please inform us immediately.
If you receive item(s) that do not match the order you placed, we will make the necessary arrangements to correct the error. If the order you receive appears to be damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the delivery personnel and notify us immediately. If you do accept it, please mention on the form provided by the delivery personnel that you received a tampered package and preferably take a picture. This will help us investigate the issue. We will ensure that you receive your order as per the invoice while we investigate the matter.
